Healing Movement™ Sessions
Healing Movement™ Sessions are individualized Private Sessions, which include a blend of:

  • Yoga and Body Movement
  • Meditation
  • Spiritual Counseling
  • Energy Work (Reiki)

Sessions begin with a brief discussion of what is going on in client’s body and life, as well as what they would like to receive from the session. Through Brandi’s unique ability to tap into the body’s intelligence, the client will be given opportunities to move through any mental, emotional, and/or physical blocks he or she might have been experiencing.  Each session is concluded with a deep relaxation to allow for assimilation, enabling the client to feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

Please come wearing loose fitting clothing as some movement is involved.

Healing Movement™ Classes
These classes were developed as a mini version of the private sessions.  The experience is broader and more group oriented.  Various body movement techniques, such as Yoga, Chi Gong, Thai Chi, etc, are facilitated with deep levels of awareness of the experience and inner dialogue.  Along with body movement, time and space are created for:

  • Introspection through meditation
  • Expression through sounds and words
  • Relaxation for assimilation
  • Journaling and brief sharing to acknowledge ones learning and experience.

Please wear comfortable loose fitting clothing and bring a journal and pen to write with.

Yoga Classes
Classes are an integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breath techniques), and meditation.  Classes are welcome to all levels and of a vinyasa flow style—linking the postures with the breath—creating a balance of heat, strength, and deep stretching in the body.  Please see Class Schedule for times, location, and pricing. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and wear comfortable loose fitting clothing.
